This person, oblivious to social cues and hypocritical/contradictory remarks, will think when you subtly say, "I'm worried that my friend (but I really mean you) might have a drinking/hygiene/general personality problem" that you are really talking about yourself.
These people are frightening because you realize, if this person could be walking around so clueless, how do you know the very same isn't true of yourself?
